My husband, Michael, was diagnosed on August 11, 2009 with stage IV colorectal cancer with 12 metastasized liver tumors. I started this blog for all our caring friends and family that would like to keep up with his progress.
I'm so sad....Michael lost his battle this morning around 9:30 AM. I didn't think I had anymore tears left inside me but the tears come and I wonder if they will stop......
Jerryl I continue to pray for Mike and you. Please hold the believe that God is now taking care of Mike. I'm so very sorry. This is the second time today I have posted a note to someone who has lost a husband.....God please hold them dear and comfort those of us left behind...Aman. Thinking and caring.. Carol
Hi Jerryl and family, I have been following along since you set up the web-site. My name is Jim Gill and I was a roommate of Michaels at Riddle. Let me first say how sorry I am to hear the news. Michael a.k.a. "G-Mole" was a great guy. The years we had in collage were some of THE BEST TIMES OF MY LIFE! I'm sure Michael told stories about our college days. Mike is no longer suffering here on earth - he is now pure energy released into the universe with no phyical limitations. Did he die? yes. Is he gone? NO.

To Jerryl, and the entire Lux family, be well.
